How to Proceed with a Claim
If you are considering the purchase of laptop insurance, then you should be familiar with the claims process. The purpose behind laptop insurance is to provide you with the ability to have your computer repaired or replaced should a covered event occur.
You can submit a claim by completing the claims application in detail making sure to answer all the applicable questions. Once the claim has been approved, you will need to remit the excess fee in order to complete the transaction. We will then determine if the computer can be repaired or if a new computer has to be purchased.
The insurance policy will require small monthly premium payments in order for the insurance to remain in-force. Theses premium payments, coupled with the excess fee should a claim be filed, are substantially less than having to purchase a new laptop computer.
